Midlakeは2020年3月18日にBella Unionからリリースされるニュー・アルバム『For the Sake of Bethel Woods』より、「Meanwhile...」のリリック・ビデオを公開した。自身5枚目となる『For the Sake of Bethel Woods』は、UKトップ40ヒットを記録した2013年の『Antiphon』以来のアルバムで、グラミー受賞プロデューサー、John Congleton（St. Vincent、Everything Everything、Angel Olsen、Future Islands、The Decemberists、Sharon Van Etten）が手掛けた。
